Fueguia 1833 accepts returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Due to the artisanal nature of our fragrances, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

  Contact our concierge team via the online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack the item in its original wooden box and outer shipping carton, ensuring the protective seal remains intact.

• 3.
  Ship Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our laboratory will inspect the seal; approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
